History

The business is the product of consolidation among fleet compliance and roadway technology providers: the toll management line was formerly known as Bestpass and the weigh station bypass line was formerly Drivewyze PreClear, which Bestpass-Fleetworthy acquired before the combined company rebranded under the single Fleetworthy name. In June 2025 Fleetworthy acquired Haul, an AI-driven safety and compliance startup founded by Tim Henry and Toan Nguyen Le that had spent about three years building its platform; executives described it as the latest in a series of acquisitions and signaled further expansion. Subsequent activity included a Partner Program launch in March 2026, a deeper integration with HAAS Alert's Safety Cloud, a Canadian compliance-services partnership with Strategic HSE, an Accident Tracking release in April 2026, three platform enhancements announced at a customer roadshow in Austin in May 2026, and a partnership with video telematics provider Lytx in June 2026.
