Zachary Abrams is the founder of Stratim Capital and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, and financial management. He was previously a founding partner of Lake Street Capital, a private equity firm focused on secondary-market equity interests, and served as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at SonicWALL. Earlier in his career he worked in technology investment banking at Bear, Stearns & Co. and Merrill Lynch, and completed General Electric's Financial Management Program. He holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's in economics from Colby College.
