About

William H. Draper III began his venture capital career in 1959 and founded Sutter Hill Ventures in 1965. He co-founded the Draper Richards and Draper International Funds and now serves as Co-Chair of the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation. He served as President and Chairman of the Export-Import Bank of the United States (1981-1986) and led the United Nations Development Program (1986-1993). He holds a BA from Yale University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, and authored "The Startup Game."
