Tomás Arias is an analyst at Carao Ventures, where he supports the investment team with research and evaluation of new opportunities and works with portfolio companies and founders. He is a senior studying Business Administration at the University of Costa Rica, where he has served as a teaching assistant and contributed to research on Costa Rica's entrepreneurship landscape. He previously interned in partner enablement at VMware.
