Conrad Kopper

About

Conrad Kopper provides legal support to Carao Ventures and has more than eight years of experience in corporate law. He began his career working on mergers and acquisitions and since 2019 has concentrated on legal services for venture capital, startups, emerging businesses, social enterprises, and impact investors in Latin America, developing expertise in fundraising structuring and fund formation. He is a Partner leading the transactional team at iitos, and holds a law degree from the University of Costa Rica and a diploma in Entrepreneurship from Aden Business School.
