Susan co-founded Aligned Partners in 2011 after 15 years at ONSET Ventures, specializing in IT, communications, and security investments. She was a Kauffman Fellow and earlier held engineering and marketing roles at Fujitsu, Fairchild Semiconductor, and NCR Microelectronics.
