SooMan Wolffs joined Manhattan Venture Partners in July 2019, where he works on investment due diligence, deal structuring, executing investments for the All-Star fund family, and supporting the Secondary as a Service business line. He previously worked at Carta (formerly eShares) as an early member of its valuations team and on its Capital Markets and Liquidity Solutions team, and before that at Smartbiz Loans, a fintech company focused on SBA loan underwriting software. He holds a BS in Finance with a minor in International Business from Santa Clara University and an MS in Finance from the University of San Francisco, along with Series 7, 63, and 79 FINRA licenses.
