Roger Wiegley is Managing Director and General Counsel at Arcadia, joining after working as a consultant on legal matters. He has more than 35 years of legal and risk management experience, including private practice advising clients such as KPMG and AXA entities, consulting work for the insurance industry (including Winterthur Swiss Insurance Company), and roles as chief counsel for Credit Suisse First Boston's commercial bank branches in the Americas and Head of Regional Oversight for CSFB Asia-Pacific. Earlier he practiced law at Sullivan & Cromwell, Sidley Austin, and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman; he holds a JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School and is admitted to practice in several U.S. jurisdictions.
