Rob Kaplan is Vice Chairman of Goldman Sachs and a member of its Management Committee, having first joined the firm in 1983 and becoming a Partner in 1990. He previously served as President and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and held professor and Senior Associate Dean roles at Harvard Business School. He is Co-Chairman of the Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation and the author of three books on leadership.
