He has spent a 30-year career at Accenture working with commercial insurers and Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations on performance improvement transformations, with recent focus on Medicare and Medicaid organizations, post-merger integration, and technology-driven cost transformations. He holds a master's degree in healthcare science and an MBA, both from the University of Florida.
