He joined Barclays Global Investors in 2006, which merged with BlackRock in 2009, after holding executive roles in the asset management division of Capitalia between 1998 and 2005. Savi has been a lecturer in the Master of Financial Engineering Program at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley since 2022, and holds a degree in electronic engineering from the University of Rome, earned in 1997.
