Rachel Chan has worked across the private, public, and non-profit sectors, including roles in the Hong Kong government as a policy maker, a marketer at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, and a senior consultant at the Hong Kong Design Centre. In 2007 she founded InnoFoco, a brand, design, and innovation consultancy, and she co-founded the non-profit programme Make a Difference. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong and was a Sloan Fellow at the London Business School.
