About
David Eaves teaches digital transformation in government at the Harvard Kennedy School. He has advised local, provincial, and national governments on technology and open data policy, including the Office of the Mayor of Vancouver, the Canadian government, and Ontario's Open Government Engagement Team, and served as the first Director of Education for Code for America. With a negotiation background, he has advised non-profits and open source communities such as Drupal and Mozilla, and acted as a negotiation adviser during talks that led to the Canadian Boreal Forest Agreement.
