Oussama Nour is a Project Manager at Tanger Med, where he was appointed Head of the Equipment Maintenance Engineering Division at Tanger Med Engineering in 2025, having previously served as Head of its Energy Division (2023–2024) and as Project & Concession Contracts Manager for the Tangier Med 2 Port (2017–2025). In 2020 he co-founded ATAREC, a start-up that developed a patented wave-energy technology called Wave Beat, and he holds a master's degree in electromechanical civil engineering from the University of Brussels (ULB) and Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB). His earlier work included roles as an electromechanical design engineer and nuclear energy safety officer at Tractebel Engie from 2013 to 2017.
