About
Oleg A. Mukhanov is Chief Science Officer and co-founder of SEEQC, Inc., a quantum computing spinout of Hypres, where he previously advanced from circuit designer to chief technical officer and led projects on digital and mixed-signal RSFQ circuits, including RSFQ-based Digital-RF receivers. A co-inventor of Rapid Single Flux Quantum superconductor circuit technology, he holds a Ph.D. in physics from Moscow State University and an M.S. in electrical engineering from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, and has authored over 200 papers and more than 50 patents. He is a Fellow of IEEE, a recipient of the IEEE Award for Continuing and Significant Contributions in the Field of Small Scale Applied Superconductivity, and served as president of the US Committee on Superconducting Electronics from 2005 to 2007.
