Josef has been instrumental in fostering innovation and guiding startups, and played a key role in the growth of 14 companies through a northern incubator in partnership with the Israel Innovation Authority. He previously served as Vice President at the GO Innovation Incubator and co-founded two successful startups. He holds a PhD in Marine Biotechnology from Ben-Gurion University and degrees in Physics and Marine Biology.
