Nikki Fernandez is President of Endeavor Health Highland Park Hospital and Chief Nursing Officer for the Evanston, Glenbrook, Highland Park, and Skokie hospitals, having joined the organization in 1998 with prior nursing and operational leadership roles at Skokie, Glenbrook, and Evanston hospitals.
