Natalie Roy D’Amore joined Fast Track Initiative in 2024 as a Venture Partner. She previously spent 13 years at Takeda Pharmaceutical, where she led oncology partnerships and built an early-stage portfolio through strategic alliances with biopharma and academic institutions, and worked as a project leader at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. More recently she served as head of external innovation at Seres Therapeutics, building partnerships for microbiome drug development. She earned her PhD from the University of Ottawa and completed postdoctoral research in John Reed's lab at the Sanford-Burnham Institute.
