Masahiko Homma graduated from Keio University and began his career in JAFCO's overseas investment division, investing in IT companies in Silicon Valley and Israel and supporting joint ventures and Japan market entry. He worked in Accenture's corporate development and venture capital divisions, then gained founding-to-IPO investment experience at Works Capital under Mitsubishi Corporation, including MonotaRO.
