She has more than 30 years of experience in banking and financial services, having worked at HSBC before moving to Bank of Scotland Corporate and later Bank of Scotland Private Banking, where she led credit teams in Birmingham and across regional areas. She holds the CIOBS diploma in Advanced Specialist Lending.
