Labeeb Abboud helped establish GHIC and launch its inaugural Global Health Investment Fund, serving as Chairman since 2014 and CEO since 2021, leading its expansion into global health security and its BARDA partnership. He previously spent seventeen years at the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative structuring vaccine and antibody R&D and licensing agreements, following nearly two decades in international law and financial services.
