Kirk Botula is an operator and entrepreneur focused on early and growth stage businesses, with experience building companies through launch, scaling, and exit. He was CEO and Managing Partner of Total Bank Solutions, a fintech firm that exited via merger with Reich & Tang, and previously served as CEO of CMMI Institute, which he spun out of Carnegie Mellon University's Software Engineering Institute before its acquisition by ISACA. Earlier he was President and COO of the fintech company Confluence, and he holds a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business.
