Kate Garrett has nearly two decades of experience in the medical device industry as an inventor, entrepreneur, and operator, working across companies from early-stage startups to large multinationals. She co-founded and led Ciel Medical (acquired by Vyaire Medical), later serving as VP of Airway Technologies at Vyaire, and held roles at Acclarent, Pathway Medical, and Jackson Medical.
