Judy Woodruff is a senior correspondent and former anchor and managing editor of PBS NewsHour, with a journalism career spanning five decades across NBC, CNN and PBS. She was White House correspondent for NBC News, chief Washington correspondent for the MacNeil/Lehrer NewsHour, and an anchor and senior correspondent at CNN, and in 2013 she and Gwen Ifill became the first two women to co-anchor a national news broadcast.
