Jon Flint co-founded Polaris Partners with Steve Arnold and Terry McGuire in 1996. He began his venture career in 1984 at Burr, Egan, Deleage & Co., where he became a General Partner and helped build the firm's technology portfolio, having previously worked as a litigation associate at the Boston law firm Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault and served on research teams for the Nixon Impeachment Inquiry Staff and the Watergate Special Prosecution Force. In 2005 he conceived of and co-founded Living Proof, and in 2015 he and Terry McGuire formed Polaris Founders Capital to invest their own capital across stages and sectors.
