Joseph D. Lockwood previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer of COCC, where he oversaw product, technology and security strategy along with daily operations and customer service. His background centers on financial technology, including electronic payment channels, digital banking platforms, virtualization, business intelligence and risk management systems. He holds an MBA, was named a 2009 National CIO 100 honoree, and received the Connecticut Quality Council's first Process Excellence award.
