Jim Kelley is a co-founder and managing director of Vestar Capital Partners, formed in 1988, and previously worked in private equity at First Boston and practiced law in Colorado. He serves on numerous corporate and community boards and holds degrees from the University of Northern Colorado, Yale, and the University of Notre Dame.
