Jeff Rosenthal is Managing Partner and co-founder of both Imperial Capital and AltEx Capital, having established Imperial Capital in 1989. He has more than 35 years of experience in private equity and focuses on the firm's operations, investor relations, and fundraising, having helped raise Imperial Capital Funds I through VIII and AltEx Fund I. He holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a BA in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto.
