Ingo Weber is a serial entrepreneur and investor with experience founding and scaling service companies in the accounting and financial advisory sectors. He founded the Academy for International Accounting in 2000, which was sold to Amadeus FiRe in 2005, and FAS AG, which grew to over 200 employees before being acquired by WTS Group in 2017, where he served as Managing Partner until 2020. He subsequently founded PAS Financial Advisory AG in 2022, scaling it to over 100 employees before its sale to CFGI in 2024, and currently invests in private equity and venture capital while serving on boards and advisory bodies.
