Known as 'Giba', he left his role as Statutory Director at Morgan Stanley to found GAG Investimentos in 2012. Over a 27-year finance career he worked at institutions across Latin America and the US, including Banco Garantia-Credit Suisse and Bradesco, and since 2013 sits on the board of all portfolio companies while mentoring projects at universities and accelerators.
