Formerly EVP of Strategic Relationships and EVP of HP Software, where he led HP's software portfolio, and an Operating Partner at Silver Lake. He has held leadership roles at IBM, Corio, Oracle, Booz Allen and Xerox. He holds engineering degrees from the American University in Beirut and Caltech and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
