Franck Biancheri began his career in banking at Credit Lyonnais in Paris (1983-1990) and later worked at Marsh McLennan (1991-1995). In the Principality of Monaco, he served as Chief of Cabinet of the Minister of Finance (1995-2000), Minister of Finance and Economy (2000-2006)—during which he led Monaco's public venture capital fund and oversaw its sovereign wealth fund—and Minister of Foreign Affairs (2008-2010). He was CEO of Monaco Qatari Diar Hotels and Resorts Management SAM (2011-2012) and has been a founding partner of Penta Multi Family Office and Penta Advisory SAM in Monaco since 2012.
