Emmanuelle Hoss joined the Mairie de Paris in 2001, working on economic development, finance, employment, and innovation. She later served as deputy director of the health and new therapies innovation competitiveness cluster at Medicen Paris Région before returning to the Mairie de Paris, where she has led the SEMAEST public-private company since 2014, overseeing the Connected Store (CoSto) and "Commerce Tester" programs for small Parisian retailers.
