Chrissy Luo is founder, Vice Chairwoman and President of Shanda Group, where she oversees company-wide operations, group communications, and the group's timberland operations, and previously served as Group CFO from 1999 to 2004. Before co-founding Shanda, she worked as an investment banker at Zhe Jiang Jin Xin Security Company in Shanghai. She also founded the Tianqiao and Chrissy Chen Institute in 2016 to support fundamental brain science and holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the China Institute of Finance.
