Chelsea Showalter joined Atento Capital in fall 2023 as managing director and moved to a part-time advisor role in early 2025. Before Atento, she spent 20 years at Penguin Random House in New York, working across corporate development, divisional finance, ecommerce, online marketing, and operations, and earlier worked as an editor at Ten Speed Press and W.
