Carlos M. Marin has more than twenty-five years of consulting experience advising private and public sector clients on infrastructure management and development. He holds a B.S. and M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering from Harvard University, and previously served on the faculty of Duke University's Schools of Engineering and Environmental Studies.
