Both my kids are officially water safe! Big check box for a nervous Dad. The way kids are taught to swim these days is clearly progress from the way I was taught to swim. “Throw him in the deep end and he’ll figure it out” method is mostly retired I hope 😂

Exec coaching sits at the nexus between therapy and business, but it is neither one of those things. Coaching is therapeutic, but it isn't therapy. Leads to better business outcomes, but isn't business. Best leaders I've known take a hour in the work week to sit in that nexus.
