Billy Quinn founded Pearl Energy Investments and serves as its Managing Partner, overseeing all aspects of the firm. Before Pearl, he spent nearly 20 years as Co-Managing Partner of Natural Gas Partners (NGP), and earlier held roles at Rainwater, Inc., Hicks, Muse, Tate and Furst, Bear Stearns, and BT Securities. He holds a B.S.E. in Finance from the Wharton School and an M.B.A. from Stanford's Graduate School of Business, where he also guest lectures on private equity investing.
