David Levinson is Managing Director and COO of Pearl Energy Investments, where he oversees legal, compliance, and operational matters, drawing on over 15 years of experience in deal structuring, negotiation, execution, finance, and legal operations. Before joining Pearl in 2015, he was Director of Business Development, Licensing, and Financial Analysis at biotechnology company GTx, Inc., and previously worked as a corporate attorney at Dechert, LLP on M&A, securities, and private equity transactions, as well as a financial analyst at American Airlines and Erwin L. Greenberg & Associates. He holds a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from the University of Chicago, and an M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
