About
Armands Fomicevs is the Managing Director of SEAF's Economic Empowerment Fund for Uzbekistan, responsible for deploying $100m to Uzbek SMEs. He has worked at SEAF since 1998, previously managing the Georgia Regional Development Fund and Caucasus Growth Fund, which invested in nineteen companies across Georgia and Armenia, and earlier served as Principal Investment Officer for Latvia in SEAF's Baltic Small Equity Fund. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Law from the University of Latvia and studied international trade law in Sweden.
