She began her career with Aga Khan's microfinance programs in Syria, Burkina Faso, and Mali, then joined the Geneva-based impact investing asset manager Symbiotics, where she advanced from analyst covering the Caucasus, Eastern Europe, and MENA to a regional manager building the firm's Singapore office and later head of the global investment pipeline team since 2017.
