Anne Ngugi joined DOB Equity as Senior Investment Manager in March 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience investing in SMEs in East Africa across debt, equity, and mezzanine transactions. Before DOB Equity, she was Senior Investment Manager at Goodwell Investments, leading investments in an impact venture debt fund focused on climate and gender. Earlier in her career she worked at Actis, AfricInvest, and Pearl Capital Partners. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and an MBA from the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside, U.K.
