She co-founded Internet Information Systems in 1994 and Metamata, Inc., a Java software tools company that was acquired. She held finance roles at Adify, an online advertising platform, and Cox Digital Solutions, and previously worked in corporate finance at Sun Microsystems. She holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and is a Chartered Accountant in India.
