Amy Weatherup is an entrepreneur who has held senior sales, marketing, and business development roles at start-ups and multinational companies, and now works on translating university research into commercial ventures. She was co-founder and marketing director of STNC Ltd., a start-up that put web browsers onto mobile phones and was acquired by Microsoft in 1999. She founded and runs the Cambridge University i-Teams programme, which helps students assess routes to market for university inventions, and advises DeepTech Labs and TechNation.
