Alan Greenberg is a real estate investor, developer and manager who spent nearly 30 years at the Minto Group, finishing as President and COO of Minto Urban Communities Inc., where he worked on condominium development and residential rentals in Toronto and Ottawa. He currently develops rental apartment communities in the US Midwest (via a partnership with City Club Apartments LLC) and in the Greater Toronto and Greater Edmonton areas (through Streamliner Properties). He co-founded GreenSoil Investments and holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Economics from the University of Toronto.
