Abby Fittes is Director of Operations at Refinery, overseeing daily business activities, strategic projects, and events, and supporting portfolio companies, limited partners, and the firm's team. She also leads Refinery's marketing and online presence, including content creation and production of the Fast Frontiers podcast. Before Refinery, she supported C-level finance executives at GE Aviation in Cincinnati and previously spent eight years in Undergraduate Admissions at Ohio State University, where she also earned a BS in Nutrition and Business.
