Responsible for the fund's treasury operations. She previously worked as a corporate real estate manager and holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Universidad Tecnológica de México.

Responsible for investor portfolio maintenance and management. She previously held roles including Director of Internal Audit at SENEAM and worked with the Consejo de la Judicatura Federal, PGR and Grupo HSBC, with a specialization from INACIPE.

Oversees management of the fund's financial resources, including raising and deploying capital. She previously held operations and finance management roles and holds a Master's in Finance and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from UNAM.

Handles the registration and legal compliance of WORTEV CAPITAL as a venture capital fund and supports portfolio companies with regulatory compliance. She holds a Law degree and a Master's in Corporate and Labor Law.

Isabel Guízar Leal is Co-Founder and General Partner at WORTEV, a business accelerator established in 2013 that combines venture capital, business services, education, and technological tools to support entrepreneurs. She holds a degree in graphic design and has over a decade of experience in business operations and logistics, including previous work managing pharmacy franchise openings at NADRO. At WORTEV, she serves as COO and oversees operations across the organization's various divisions.
