It mobilizes local and international institutional and private investors to support the growth of women-owned micro, small, and medium enterprises. The fund invests through equity and quasi-equity across all sectors in companies founded by women, at least 50% owned by women, or with a majority-female management team. Beyond capital, WIC Capital provides flexible financing tailored to growth phases, technical support covering strategy, financial management, operations, HR, compliance and governance, a commercialization and networking platform, and access to the WIC Académie's pre- and post-investment programs.
