She has more than 25 years of experience working with ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, foundations, and endowments on wealth management and investment solutions that incorporate tax, estate, philanthropic, and legacy planning. Conley has completed training in Applied Compassion and Functional Medicine Coaching and is a member of the Purposeful Planning Institute.

Amber Warner-Warr is Head of Wealth and Principal Advisor at Westwood Holdings Group, Inc., where she leads the development of an approximately $4 billion trust company and RIA toward a multi-family office model. She has more than 25 years of experience advising ultra-high-net-worth families, family offices, foundations, and endowments on wealth management and investment solutions, including tax, estate, philanthropic, and legacy planning. Nathaniel "Nog" Norgren is Chief Legal Counsel at Claret Capital Partners, which he joined in June 2025. He began as a finance lawyer at Freshfields, then worked in-house at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers until 2004, followed by a role as General Counsel at ETV Capital. He later founded and ran Norgren Legal from 2011, serving clients in growth finance and technology lending. He holds a BA in Archaeology from Southampton University.

She joined in early 2022 after a background in banking, wealth management and advising fintech and real estate startups, and is a member of the Alma Angel community.
