Co-founder of WestBridge in 2008, he chairs the business and the investment committee and is involved in investor relations and sourcing deals in the North East and South Coast. He has over 35 years in private equity across WestBridge and Bridgepoint, and previously worked at NatWest Investment Bank.

Co-founder of WestBridge in 2008, she sits on the investment committee and chairs the valuations committee, and handles origination in the South East and Thames Valley. She has 30 years in private equity across WestBridge, 3i and HSBC, and serves on several portfolio company boards.

Peter (Pete) Barkley joined WestBridge in 2019 and co-leads origination and execution across the UK, having established the firm's Manchester office. He previously worked as a corporate finance advisor at BDO and Dow Schofield Watts, sits on several portfolio company boards, and is a chartered accountant with an Accountancy degree from the University of Hull.

Tim joined WestBridge in 2017 and leads national origination activities and team development, focusing on the Midlands, South West and South East. He has over 20 years in private equity across Sovereign, Gresham, Bridgepoint and BGF (where he was a founding Midlands director), and previously worked at PwC. A chartered accountant with a Biochemistry and Biotechnology degree from the University of Birmingham, he sits on several portfolio company boards.

Thomas Dutton joined WestBridge in 2024 and works on the investment team across deal origination, execution and portfolio management, with an emphasis on sourcing new investments in the North of England. Before WestBridge, he was a corporate finance Director at Dow Schofield Watts, advising on domestic and cross-border M&A and supporting private equity-backed companies on buy and build strategies. He is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in Accountancy and Finance from Lancaster University.

Luke Gilbert joined WestBridge in 2023 as part of the investment team, working on deal origination, execution and portfolio management across the UK with a focus on London, the Midlands and Northern Ireland. He previously worked as an M&A associate at investment bank Stephens and holds an Economics degree from the University of Cambridge.

Rebecca joined WestBridge in 2019 and works in the investment team on deal origination, execution and portfolio management, focusing on opportunities in London and the West Midlands. She previously worked at HSBC in leveraged finance and sits on the boards of several portfolio companies including Survey Solutions, Channel 3 and Pixelhouse Group.

Katherine Bond joined WestBridge in 2020 and leads the firm's investor engagement activities from its London office. She has over 20 years of experience in European private equity, previously working as a consultant at Cadence Equity Partners, a partner at Keyhaven Capital Partners, in the Client Services group at HgCapital, and starting her career on the European fund of funds team at AXA Private Equity. She studied International Business and French at Aston University and EDHEC Lille, and holds an Investment Management Certificate from London Business School.

Madeleine Finn joined WestBridge in 2026, where she supports the investment team on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management across the UK. She previously worked at corporate finance advisory firm Smith Square Partners and at KPMG. She is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in Physics and Philosophy from Bristol University and a master's degree from King's College London.

Matt Williams joined WestBridge in 2025 and works with the investment team on deal origination, execution, and portfolio management, focusing on sourcing opportunities in the North East and North West of the UK. He previously worked at Corbett Keeling, an M&A boutique advising founder-led and private-equity-backed businesses. Earlier he played professional rugby for London Irish for seven years, and he holds a first-class Economics degree and a master's in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of London.

Zoe Shan joined WestBridge's investor relations team in 2026 to oversee international fundraising. She previously worked at DFI and MARK on international investor expansion and relationship management, and began her career at Evercore PCA advising on GP- and LP-led secondaries transactions across Europe. She graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and studied abroad at LSE.

Edward Minton joined WestBridge in 2018 as a member of the investment team, working on deal origination, execution and portfolio management, with a regional focus on the Thames Valley, East Midlands and East Anglia. A chartered accountant and Kings College London graduate, he previously worked at WK Corporate Finance, Terra Firma Capital Partners and Crowe, and sits on the boards of several portfolio companies.

Rory Whitrow joined WestBridge in 2021 and works on deal origination, execution and portfolio management, focusing on the South West, Wales and London. He previously worked as a management consultant at Newton and holds a First Class degree in Business and Management from the University of Exeter.
